The location is nice and neighbourhood is very pleasent. Penny is at walkable distance and the bus 43 comes in every 10 min to TUHH or Rathaus. The landlord is very supportive and understanding.

"I spent my time living at Rickelstrase 24 and had a phenomenal experience. The property is exceptionally well-maintained, ideally located, and provides a comfortable, secure living environment. Special recognition goes to the property owner, Khalid Rauf, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to tenant satisfaction truly set this place apart. Any inquiries or needs were always addressed promptly and efficiently. Overall, an outstanding 5-star living experience that I highly recommend to prospective residents."
